About Jonas

Jonas Cayo is President of ELEVATE Orlando, the Central Florida non-profit organization that equips and empowers underserved youth with in-school instruction, 24/7 mentoring and post-secondary preparation. Currently ELEVATE Orlando has programs in three Orange County public high schools, Oak Ridge, Jones and Evans and the feeder schools for each.

Born in Haiti and a native of Pine Hills, Jonas brings a deeply personal understanding of the challenges faced by urban youth. He is a proud graduate of Evans High School and a first-generation college student, holding a B.A. in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. Prior to joining ELEVATE Orlando, he worked with Orlando Health and Lockheed Martin.

With over 15 years of experience working with urban youth in both nonprofit settings and Orange County Public Schools, Jonas has served ELEVATE in multiple roles, including Teacher/Mentor, Pipeline Coordinator, and Operations Director. His commitment and leadership have Jonas is also passionate about faith and family.

He serves as Campus Pastor at The Kingdom Church, where he and his wife, Dr. Ketia Cayo, lead the Marriage Ministry. Together, they provide counseling, coaching, and training for married and seriously dating couples, and are frequent speakers at relationship events across the Orlando area.

Guided by the belief that “it takes people from the community to solve problems in the community,” Jonas continues to be a transformational leader and advocate for the next generation. He resides in Ocoee, Florida, with Dr. Ketia and their two sons, Justus and Kyrell.

Dr. Ketia Cayo is a passionate Realtor, dynamic speaker, best-selling author, and mentor dedicated to helping individuals build wealth and legacy through homeownership and real estate investing. Serving the Central Florida market with the esteemed Coldwell Banker Realty team, Dr. Cayo specializes in guiding first-time homebuyers and selling new construction homes with care, clarity, and confidence.

A proud Haitian-American who speaks Creole fluently, Dr. Cayo brings a personal, culturally grounded approach to her work. She resides in Ocoee, Florida, with her husband, Jonas, and their two young sons. In addition to her thriving real estate business, she is also a Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent, providing seamless support to clients navigating the homebuying process.

Dr. Cayo earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Florida A&M University (FAMU) in 2011 and was crowned Mrs. Ocoee 2018 by the Ms. Corporate America Organization. Her unique blend of expertise in healthcare, real estate, and personal development allows her to empower others holistically—mentoring new agents, educating her community, and helping families achieve financial freedom.

As the co-founder of 2B1 Intimacy, a faith-based relationship brand created with her husband, she is also passionate about helping couples strengthen their connection. Rooted in faith, family, and service, Dr. Ketia Cayo's mission is to equip others with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to thrive in life, love, and legacy.
